Pumpkin Muffins (easiest recipe ever)

Before I begin, I must say this is the simplest recipe you will ever use in your life. A 2 year old could make this, no joke.

All you need is a yellow cake mix, pumpkin and nothing else. You just mix – pop it in the oven – and enjoy. (Recipe/Directions down below)

What I did with these, is after they cooled down I piped Wilton’s Buttercream in the middle and allowed some to pop out of the top. This step is obviously optional… but I mean who would turn down buttercream?!

Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset

Ingredients

  • Yellow Cake Mix
  • Pumpkin Puree
  • NO oil, NO eggs, nothing else.

Directions

  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes
